replace the injured Jameer Nelson in the Skills Challenge, to be held on
Saturday during All-Star weekend in Phoenix.
Orlando's Nelson is out with a torn right labrum.
On Monday, Williams was named as a replacement for Toronto's Chris Bosh on the
Eastern Conference roster for the All-Star contest. Bosh is out due to a
sprained right knee.
